Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

When will my order be dispatched?

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm. We aim to dispatch orders within 24–48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays).

How are Red Light Panels shipped?

To protect them during transit, panels are delivered via untracked curbside pallet delivery. While untracked, our team closely monitors each shipment and can provide updates. Delivery typically takes:

1 - 3 Business Days for Ireland

4 - 7 Business Days for UK

7 - 14 Business Days for Mainland EU

What should I expect with pallet deliveries?
  • Curbside delivery only – drivers cannot bring items inside.
  • Drivers may call 1 hour before delivery, though this is not guaranteed.
  • Inform us in advance if your address is difficult to access.
  • Pallets will not be taken away.
  • Drivers do not assemble products.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched without a fee.
Do I have to pay customs duties?
  • UK customers: No customs or import charges – these are covered by PHOTONIQ.
  • International customers: Import duties or taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

What if I need a shipping quote?
  • For some locations, a shipping quote is required. We’ll respond within 1–3 business days.



Can my order be cancelled due to high shipping costs?

If delivery costs are significantly higher than usual, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order. If you still want the item, we’ll ask you to cover the extra shipping fee.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Inspect your delivery immediately. If you notice damage, notify the driver and ensure it is marked on both copies of the delivery docket. Then contact PHOTONIQ within 24 hours.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You can return any item within 30 days of receipt as long as it's in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Do you accept used returns?

We do not accept returns of used items or items not in original packaging. If accepted, a deduction of 20–25% will apply due to the reduced resale value.

Can I cancel my order?
  • Before Dispatch: Full Refund
  • After Dispatch: Refund Minus Original Shipping Feed. If the order is already on the way, you may refuse delivery or return unopened.
What happens if I refuse a pallet delivery?

Refused pallet orders incur a fee based on shipping and handling. This will be deducted from your refund.

How do I request a refund?

Open a support ticket and include your order number and name used for the purchase.



What if I want to exchange a product?

You can return your item within 30 days and request an exchange. If the new item costs more, we’ll send a payment link. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference, issue store credit, or include an additional item of equal value.

We recommend using the panel for 10-20 minutes per session, 3-5 times per week. However, this can be adjusted based on individual needs and goals.
