PHOTONIQ Terms & Conditions

If you make a purchase through any of the PHOTONIQ websites, in the PHOTONIQ Store or over the phone/via email with an PHOTONIQ team member, then you are accepting the terms and conditions outlined below.

Please note: Commercial Sales terms and conditions may differ. 

Order Fulfilment:   

  • Items under 30kg or below certain dimension criteria are typically delivered via GLS or Fed-Ex tracked courier service.  
  • Larger Red Light Panels are delivered via pallet delivery to ensure they arrive safely to you. See more information on shipping conditions here.
  • PHOTONIQ cannot guarantee that stock will be held for any customers, irrespective of whether the order has been paid for or not. 
  • PHOTONIQ reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders placed for delivery whereby shipping costs are significantly higher than standard rates. Should the customer request delivery regardless of the increased cost, the customer will be asked to incur the additional fee. PHOTONIQ reserve the right to determine what level of increase to standard shipping rates constitutes the need to cancel and refund orders.

PRODUCT WARRANTY & RETURNS

Can I get a Refund?

You can receive a refund for your order in the following cases:

  • Cancelled orders for which payments have already been received will be refunded:

                i) in full – if your order has not been dispatched.

                ii) less the original shipping cost – if your order has already been dispatched.

  • In the case where your order has already been dispatched, we ask you to return the item to us unopened and in its original condition. You may also refuse delivery of the order if you have not yet received it. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund your purchase costs minus any applicable shipping charges. The customer is liable for the cost of returning the items to us.
  • PHOTONIQ reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet PHOTONIQ standards. Should PHOTONIQ exercise this right, the customer will receive a full refund with no deductions.
  • Any product damages and/or discrepancies must be reported to Photoniq within 48 hours of receipt of order.
  • If you wish to receive a refund for your purchase, please open a support ticket with us and ensure to include your order number and the name under which the order was made in the correspondence.

 

PHOTONIQ Return Policy

You can return items bought from PHOTONIQ within 30 days of receipt of purchase for any reason.

Items should be returned to the address printed on your purchase invoice and must be in their original packaging, unused and good merchantable condition. 

Once your return has been received by PHOTONIQ, provided that above conditions have been met, a refund, less the original shipping cost incurred (if any), will be issued.

PHOTONIQ reserve the right not to accept returns where items are not in their original packaging. Should PHOTONIQ, at their discretion, accept a return where products are not in their original packaging, the item(s) will be considered second-hand quality and a deduction of 20-25% will be applied per item to reflect the resalable value.

It is the recommendation of PHOTONIQ that any such product which is returned for a refund should be sent via a tracked delivery service. PHOTONIQ do not to accept liability for any packages which are lost in transit in the returns process.

In the event that a customer declines delivery of an order due to a change of preference, PHOTONIQ shall retain the delivery charge as part of our standard policy. 

The customer is liable for the cost of returning the items to us.

Can I Exchange an Item?

PHOTONIQ Exchange Policy

You can return items bought from PHOTONIQ within 30 days of receipt of purchase for any reason. If you would prefer to exchange your purchased item for another item, you can return the product to us, contact us at info@photoniq.co

Once the original product is returned to us in merchantable condition, we will be able to send out your preferred product. If your preferred product is:

  • lower in price than the original item ordered - we will refund you the difference (minus any shipping costs occured); provide you with a store credit value (again, minus any original shipping costs incurred by us); or include another item with your order to the value of the difference in price.
  • higher in price than the original item ordered - we can send you a payment link for the difference in price owed. Once we have received payment, we will be able to dispatch your second order.

If you wish to exchange or return an item ordered, please get in touch with us by opening a support ticket and our Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.

Cancelling an Order: 

  • If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel it and receive a full refund. This is under the condition that you notify us as soon as possible to ensure we can prevent the order from leaving our warehouse. 
  • If your order has not yet been dispatched but has not not yet been delivered, in most cases you can still cancel your order and receive a refund less the shipping cost. Here we will try to get in touch with the courier directly ourselves, however, it may be the case that you will have to refuse the order on delivery.

Liability:   

  • PHOTONIQ bears no liability for injuries or damages that occur as a result of using our Red Light Therapy equipment. Customers are urged to adhere to instruction manuals, manufacturer guidelines and to seek guidance where necessary.   
  • PHOTONIQ further disclaims liability for any injuries that may occur during the equipment installation process where applicable. 
  • PHOTONIQ assumes no liability for equipment damages or malfunctions due to lack of customer maintenance and/or due care.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer/user to ensure they are aware of how to correctly and safely use a product before attempting to exercise or engage with it in any way. PHOTONIQ is not liable for injuries or damages that occur to the user, other people, animals or objects in the surrounding environment (including the environment itself) as a result of improper or unsafe use of the equipment. All users should ensure they are properly informed of how to correctly and safely perform any exercise or activity they undertake with PHOTONIQ Red Light Equipment.

Pricing:  

  • Pricing errors: At PHOTONIQ, we strive to ensure that all product prices displayed on our website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, a mistake in pricing information received from our suppliers, or a technical issue, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that item at the incorrect price. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide the option to proceed with the order at the correct price or receive a full refund. PHOTONIQ is not obligated to honor purchases made at an incorrect price.
  • Price changes: At PHOTONIQ, our product prices may change due to promotions, sales, or other factors. If you purchase a product and the price is later reduced, we are unable to offer a refund, price adjustment, or credit for the difference.

    All purchases are made at the price displayed at the time of checkout, and we do not retroactively apply discounts or promotions to past orders. We run regular and seasonal sales and encourage customers to take advantage of our special offers when available.
